PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase and receive from placing an order on this website, simply complete the refund form located on the back of your portrait envelope and return it to Cantrell Photography within 10 days upon receiving your order. Cantrell Photography will refund your account or reprint your portraits when we receive your returned package with the form clearly completed.
ACCESS TO LOST OR MISPLACED ACCESS CODES
In the attempt to safeguard your private data including your portraits, Cantrell Photography requires the written permission of the subject or their legal guardian in the event the identifying security code is lost.
Cantrell Photography reserves the right to refuse to fulfill any order if the security code is lost and the procedure to obtain it again is incomplete.
ORDERS, AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
When you place an order through this website, our acceptance of your order occurs when your credit card is processed. We will do our best to deliver your order in a timely manner.
All orders placed on this website must follow the exact instructions and include all requested information.
Cantrell Photography accepts no liability or responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

All photographic images created by Cantrell Photography are owned and copyright protected by Cantrell Photography, except as specifically authorized through the sale of a product or service, or on a written release form from Cantrell Photography.
